Will there be space to park my pram at the event?

Yes, there will be a dedicated space in the marquee to leave prams. Please ensure no valuables are left inside as we can't guarantee the security of your items.
How long does each session go for?
​
Each session is scheduled to run for 35 mins. There will be a 10 minute changeover time between sessions.
Will there be baby change facilities?
​
Yes, there will be a dedicated parent's room with change tables inside the marquee.
What age groups can participate in the event?
​
The scheduled workshops have been organised for ages 2-12 (split into the following groups 2-4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12).
What activities are available for under 2 year olds?
​
There will be a dedicated play area including messy play stations and a cosy story time corner. There will also be a sandpit to enjoy.
Do I need to supervise my kids in the sessions?

Yes, we encourage parents to get involved as much as they like and enjoy the experience together.
We understand if you have a number of kids participating in different rooms, you may need to go between sessions at times. Please consider bringing a family member or friend to help if possible.
What food options will be available?

The Beach Kiosk Cafe is located just outside of the marquee area. There will be some food options available inside the marquee (more details to come).
Should I bring a change of clothes?
​
Yes, please bring a few changes of clothes as things will probably get a bit messy with some of the activities.
